In consideration for participating in The Regis Group’s e3 Change’s program (the “Event”) and to the greatest extent permitted by law, you assume all risks associated with participating in the Event known or unknown, including but not limited to, injury, illness (including pandemics or epidemics) and/or death, and you hereby release The Regis Group, LLC dba e3 Change, its employees, consultants, insurance carriers, officers, directors, representatives, and agents (hereinafter the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability and/or claims that you may be entitled to bring on your own behalf, or those that may be brought by other parties acting on your behalf, that arise from participation in the Event, including claims based on negligence or breach of warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims relating to or arising out of the Event, including those of a third party, and to not make claims or file any actions against any of the Released Parties arising in whole or in part from your participation in the Event. You further agree to pay all costs, including attorney’s fees, incurred by any Released Party in defending a claim or suit brought by you or on your behalf. You understand that participating in any additional activities beyond the Event is voluntary and that your change management certification is not contingent upon participation in any such activity.

All cancellation or transfer requests must be sent to e3 Change electronically at support@e3change.com. Cancellations are only permitted within the first 24 hours of registration with a full refund. After 24 hours, programs are only transferable. If transfer notice is received by e3 Change thirty-one (31) or more calendar days before the program start date, the program fee is transferable to another program of the same name with the same delivery format on a different date within one year of the initial registration and no change fee will incur for the first change. If transfer notice is received between thirty (30) and fifteen (15) calendar days before the program start date or is the second transfer, the program fee can be transferred to another program of the same name with the same delivery format on a different date within one year of the initial registration and a 25% change fee will be incurred. If transfer notice is received fourteen (14) or fewer calendar days before the program start date, the program fee can be transferred to another program of the same name with the same delivery format on a different date within one year of the initial registration and a 50% change fee will be incurred.  All change fees must be paid upon receipt for transfer to be effective. If change fee is not received with three (3) calendar days of issuance, transfer request is null and forfeited, resulting in the loss of any payments made and ability to transfer programs. Any “no shows” or cancellation/transfer request within 24 hours of program start date are not permitted to transfer/cancel and are not due a refund.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas.

As a part of this program you will be receiving digital materials and virtual support. These digital materials include subscription tools (i.e., View360, virtual group coaching) that automatically renew after the introductory offer with the credit card that is used during registration.
